The Balika Hindi Vidyalaya Secondary School celebrated its 60th Foundation Day at the school premises yesterday.
The school was founded by Lt Rameshwar Goenka in 1963. “It was a special day as the school family had the chance to reflect not only the beginnings of Balika Hindi Vidyalaya Secondary school and its founders but also on the school’s significant development since its inception,” school authorities said.
President of the school Prashant Goenka, Secretary of the school Dr. K.K Jhunjhunwala, members of Lions Club, headmaster of RB Anup Chand Secondary School, Headman of Keating road, Members of Electrical Association attended the program.
Ex-students of the school were also felicitated on the occasion.
