The Deputy Commissioner of South West Khasi Hills has lifted two containment orders that were enforced because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Maheshkola market, which became a containment zone on May 22, and Dhar Company area in 25th Mile, which became a containment zone on June 3, have both had their containment status lifted.
