The All Meghalaya Minority Students’ Forum (AMMSU) has sought the cancellation of a repair work contract of an unknown contractor, who is yet to start work on the stretch between Rajabala and Hallidayganj, despite a year passing.
The section of the road under question falls under the AMPT road of the NEC Division of PWD.
The said section of the road is in extremely bad shape with only four wheel drive vehicles being able to ply despite the area falling under the plain belt.
