Raj Bhavan hosted an ‘Experience Sharing Programme’ under the Student Experience in Inter-State Living (SEIL) – National Integration Tour 2025, organised by the right-wing students’ group, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP).
The event aimed to foster national integration by providing students from different parts of the country an opportunity to interact, share experiences and understand diverse cultures.
BDR Tiwari, Commissioner and Secretary to the Governor of Meghalaya, was the chief guest. In his address, he emphasised the significance of inter-state cultural exchanges in strengthening the fabric of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’. He encouraged students to embrace diversity, cultivate friendships beyond regional boundaries and contribute towards building a united and progressive India.
Participants of the SEIL National Integration Tour 2025 shared their enriching experiences of staying with host families in different states, gaining insights into local traditions, lifestyles and values.
