The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) Wahkaliar unit has expressed concern over the delay in renovation works of a PMGSY road from Sohra to Laitduh.
Stating that this has caused significant hardships to daily commuters the union has urged the Executive Engineer of PWD (R), Sohra Division to speed up the work and ensure timely completion for the benefit of the people of the area.
Works on the 7.28 km road began in October 12, 2023.
