The Under Secretary to the Meghalaya government’s General Administration Department (B) has informed that, as like last year, the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is being organised in 2023 to encourage people to celebrate Independence Day with zeal and patriotism from August 13 to 15.
People are encouraged to take selfies with the national flag and upload them on the website www.harghartiranga.com.
The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, is a flagship initiative of the central government that was launched last year to encourage citizens to hoist the national flag in their homes.
