The Special Judge (POCSO) in Nongstoiñ has sentence two men to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment for the rape of a 17 year old girl in 2021.
In a verdict passed yesterday, the court also imposed a fine of Rs 30,000 for the offence under Section 4 (1) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act on Shaiborlang Nongsiej and Judonlang Kharbani.
