Jowai, Nov 8: The West Jaintia district administration will organise a unity march starting from Kiang Nangbah Government College junction to Chutwakhu sports hall in Jrisalein on November 11.
The unity march is to celebrate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a visionary statesman and architect of national integration, who played a crucial role in unifying over 560 princely states into one nation post-independence.
