Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu, will be on a two-day visit to Meghalaya on November 14 and 15 to participate in key aviation and regional events as part of his tour to the State.
On the first day, the minister will launch the demo seaplane operations at Umiam Lake, Ri Bhoi District. This will be followed by his participation in the 6th Helicopters & Small Aircraft Summit in Shillong, organised by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of Meghalaya, Pawan Hans Ltd., and FICCI.
Later, he will attend the North East Region Program organised by the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER).
On November 15, Kinjarapu will attend the 2nd North East Aviation Summit and participate in the Janjatiya Gaurav Divas celebrations at the State Central Library in Shillong.
