Sankardev College Alumni Committee and the Alumni Association organised a one day students enrichment programme on ‘Building Career: Potentials and Opportunities’ yesterday.
The programme began with a welcome address from E Kyndiah, convener of the Alumni Committee, which was followed by a speech from the college’s Principal, Eureka FP Lyngdoh.
The resource persons were Santosh Sunar, CEO of Be the Guide Indian Mentoring Academy, and his team who deliberated and enlightened the students about the steps involved in the decision making process to ensure a successful career.
Other resource persons were from the Centre for Career Development and Placement at Martin Luther Christian University: Julian Oscar Dhar and Lewaka Plain, who highlighted the principles in choosing the right career options.
The event was attended by students of Sankardev and other colleges within Shillong.
