The MOSONiE Socio-Economic Foundation celebrated its eighth foundation day by inaugurating a new resource centre in Umtyrnga village in Ri-Bhoi.
The resource centre was officially opened on September 21, with distinguished guests and community members in attendance.
Present at the ceremony was Eric Kevin Dkhar, the Extra Assistant Commissioner of Ri-Bhoi and the Block Development Officer of Umling block. Local leadership was represented by the headman of Umtyrnga village, Bur Khongtyngkut.
This centre aims to provide a platform for individuals to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for success in various fields.
The foundation day celebration witnessed the participation of various stakeholders from 34 neighboring villages, government departments and various organisations.
