The District Election Officer, Eastern West Khasi Hills has informed that the general election observer deployed by the Election Commission of India has arrived.
Dr. T.G Vinay, IAS, will oversee preparation and conduct of election in Mairang and Mawthadraishan assembly constituencies. He may be contacted at number is 9233517916 for genuine grievance or complaint regarding the operation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC).
Any political party/contesting candidate can visit him in person at Circuit House, Mairang from 3 pm to 4 pm.
