Shillong MP Vincent Pala unveiled the foundation stone of the new building of Ri-Bhoi Presbyterian Higher Secondary School in Nongpoh on Thursday.
The new building will help the school as it expands to offer commerce and science streams to the existing arts stream at the higher secondary school level. The estimated cost for the new building is more than Rs 4.64 crore.
Also present was Nongpoh MLA Mayralborn Syiem, the District School Education Officer, church leaders and school principal.
