Meghalaya recorded one new Covid-related fatality as well as three infections and one recovery today.
Ri-Bhoi accounted for the lone death. This is the first Covid-related fatality in the state since March 24.
Ri-Bhoi also recorded two new cases and East Khasi Hills one.
The lone recovery was also in East Khasi Hills.
There are now 43 active Covid-19 cases in the state – East Khasi Hills 29, Ri-Bhoi 10, South West Khasi Hills three and West Khasi Hills one.
In all, Meghalaya has had 93,872 Covid-19 cases, of which 43 are active, 92,235 have recovered and 1,594 have died from the virus.
