A Covid-19 death was recorded in Eastern West Khasi Hills today.
This was only the 11th coronavirus-related death in the district and takes the state’s total to 1,627.
Meghalaya currently has 10 active cases (four in East Khasi Hills, three in Ri-Bhoi, two in West Garo Hills, one in West Jaintia Hills), of which six require hospitalisation (four in EKH, one in Ri-Bhoi, one in WJH).
