The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, the Mahila Morcha and the Shillong city team of the Bharatiya Janata Party held a cleaning drive today in Khyndailad at Motphran as part of week-long observations of ‘Meri Maati Mera Desh’.
Various programmes are being observed by the party and all morchas throughout the week in the state and will culminate with a national flag yatra and tree plantation programme in memory of all martyrs that have given their lives for the nation, which will be held on Independence Day.
