The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills District has declared dry days throughout the district three days on October 2, 11 and 12 on account of Gandhi Jayanti and Durga Puja respectively.
All bonded warehouses, IMFL shops, home-made wine, wine and beer, home delivery, canteens and outstill shall remain closed on those days.
