The District Legal Service Authority, West Jaiñtia Hills District will be holding the National Lok Adalat on May 14 in the District and Session Court, Jowai as well in Sub-Divisional Court Building, Amlarem.
Matters to be taken up will include bank recovery cases, Bakijia cases, criminal compoundable cases, electricity bill ( excluding Non-compoundable cases), labour disputes cases, land acquisition cases, MACT cases, matrimonial cases, Negotiable instrument Act cases u/s 138, civil cases, consumer dispute cases, revenue cases, services matters relating to pay and allowances and retrial benefits and water bills ( excluding non-compoundable cases).
