Shillong, Sep 15: On Hindi Diwas, the Raj Bhavan will host a 15-day exhibition which will be inaugurated tomorrow by Governor Chandrashekhar H Vijayashankar.
The exhibition has been titled, “Awakening Creation: Transforming Lives and Materials”.
The Governor will also launch a book, “Awaken to Healing: Reclaiming Power and Peace Through Past Life Regression” by Jaya Kalra, a Shillong-based artist.
Meanwhile, the Metallica–Sargam Sports & Cultural Club in association with the Office of Mera Yuva Bharat, East Khasi Hills District celebrated Hindi Diwas yesterday at Gandhi Buniyadi Hindi Secondary School in Golflinks.
As many as 40 students participated in various competitions and activities during the event.
