The office of the East Khasi Hills deputy commissioner in collaboration with the district sports officer will organised a 10 km run as part of the North East Festival, 2022 and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on April 28 at 7 am.
The run is open to both male and female participants and the prize money for the first, second and third positions are Rs. 5000, Rs. 3000 and Rs 2000 respectively.
Interested citizens of the district willing to participate can register at the office of the District Sports Officer, East Khasi Hills District.
The run will begin from the premises of the office of the Home Guards and Civil Defence.
