Additional Secretary in the Union Ministry of Rural Development, Caralyn Khongwar Deshmukh, visited the Punjab National Bank’s Rural Self Employment Training Institute in Mawphlang today.
She interacted with the director, faculty and trainees and encouraged and motivated them to utilise their training and skill effectively for sustainable self-employment.
The institute provides free residential training programmes to all sectors of society under the sponsorship of Punjab National Bank and financed by the Union Ministry of Rural Development.
