The Deputy Commissioner (Excise) of East Khasi Hills has declared April 18, 2025 as a ‘dry day’ in the entire district on account of Good Friday.
All bonded warehouses, micro-breweries, IMFL on and off licence shops, homemade wine licensed premises, wine and beer bars, home delivery licensed establishments, canteens and outstills shall remain closed on that day.
