The Additional Deputy Commissioner, who is in charge of the postal ballot cell, of Ri-Bhoi District today informed of dates important for those wishing to vote by postal ballot in next month’s general election.
Form 12, a letter of intimation to the Returning Officer, has to be submitted by April 11. The date for Form 12A for election duty is April 13 and the date for Form 12D for absentee voters is March 28 at the District Library from 11am to 4pm.
