The Additional Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Sohra Civil Sub-Division, Sohra has informed all the beneficiaries under NFSA (AAY and PHH) scheme that from April 1, 2025 onwards all those beneficiaries who have not submitted their Aadhaar details of the head of family and the family members mentioned in their Ration Card, their monthly allocation will be withheld.
Only upon submission of their Aadhaar Card in person to the SDO (S) will their monthly allocation be resumed.
If any card holder fails to comply with the order within three months, they will be removed from the beneficiary list in accordance with the NFSA Act 2013 and new beneficiaries will be appointed in their stead.
The order comes into effect immediately from March 19, 2025, a press release said.
