The Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills has informed LPG customers within the district that Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has taken steps in making most of its services digital with regards to booking, delivery and payment of Indane LPG cylinders (domestic/commercial).
Hence Indian Oil is advising all its LPG distributors to carry out the above task during the time of delivery.
In this regard, the DC’s office has urged all LPG customers to cooperate with the gas agencies with the requirements in order to achieve better customer service and satisfaction.
