Factory derecognised

The Chief Inspector of Boilers and Factories has issued a notification for general information that the factory named M/s Gill Fuel Injection, situated at Upper Nongrim Hills near Jingkieng Nongthymmai, Shillong, was registered under the Factories Act 1948, under registration No. SH/329 but has now been derecognised and had its name deleted from the list of registered factories in the state as the unit does not constitute a ‘factory’ under the provisions of the act or the Meghalaya Factories Rules 1980.
