A male patient identified as Rahul Rai (40) was brought by 108 ambulance from Jhalupara here and admitted to Shillong Civil Hospital on June 18 around 9:30pm. However, the patient passed away in the early hours of June 23.
All concerned relatives, etc are requested to collect the dead body from the morgue of the hospital within a period of three days from the date of issue of the notice failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
