The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, a right-wing students’ organisation, is undertaking a student exchange (SEIL) programme wherein 75 individuals from the Indian mainland are visiting North East states to promote national integration.
A civic reception was held on Sunday in the presence of SEIL chairman Atul Kulkarni, ABVP state president Sachan Kutlang Khongthohrem and others, including the host families, faculty members of national institutes, ABVP members and well-wishers.
