As part of World No Tobacco Day 2025, the office of the Block Medical Officer of Mairang in collaboration with the Adolescent Friendly Health Clinic, organised the ‘Adolescent Health Day cum Peer Education Program’ in Pyndengumiong.
The event, held under the motto ‘Healthy Lifestyle brings Healthy Growth’, aimed to inspire young people to avoid substance abuse and harmful activities during their formative years.
A friendly football match was also conducted, featuring an exciting face-off between adolescent boys and girls from Mairang Block and the Mawreng Junior Football Academy.
