In a bid to enhance the digital learning capacity of its public servants, the Meghalaya government, through the Meghalaya Administrative Training Institute (MATI), conducted a one-day training program on Mission Karmayogi and iGOT for officials of Eastern West Khasi Hills District.
The training program held at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Mawsawa, aimed to build awareness and strengthen digital learning capacity among public servants.
Assistant Director of the E-Governance Cell (MATI) L. Nongbri conducted the session, which was attended by several government officials from the district.
The program focused on the key vision of Mission Karmayogi, which aims to develop a future-ready, citizen-centric civil service through structured, competency-based learning.
Officials were introduced to the features of the iGOT-Karmayogi digital platform, a central hub for continuous online learning and capacity development.
The initiative is part of the state government’s efforts to enhance the skills and knowledge of its public servants, ultimately leading to better governance and public service delivery.
