A total of 57 students of the 2020-21 batch were felicitated by the Lyngngam Presbyterian College, Mawthengkut on its third Graduation Day.
Mawshynrut MLA Methodius Dkhar, SDO MA Challam were guests at the ceremony.
Dkhar during his speech emphasised the significance of the graduation ceremony, describing it as a crowning moment for the students. He encouraged the graduates to recognise and appreciate everyone who contributed to their journey.
He highlighted the importance of learning from both positive and negative experiences and urged the graduates to work hard to achieve success, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
The SDO stressed on the need for adaptability in a changing world. He encouraged the graduates to make their degrees meaningful by using their knowledge and skills to inspire and motivate others.
The ceremony was also attended by Rev. A. Nongbri, Chairman of the Governing Body; Dr. B.K. Shangpliang, Secretary of the Governing Body; Rev. J. Nongkhar, among others.
