Ri Bhoi College hosted an entrepreneurship development programme (EDP) today with an aim to empower aspiring entrepreneurs with essential skills and knowledge and to navigate the challenges of starting and managing business.
The programme organised by the Entrepreneurship Development Centre of the college was attended by Umling BDO, Eric Kevin Dkhar as the chief guest.
During his speech, Dkhar stressed on the importance of entrepreneurship in driving economic growth and creating job opportunities for the local community.
He highlighted various government initiatives designed to support start-ups and small businesses, urging participants to take advantage of these resources. “Entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business; it’s about building a sustainable future for our communities,” he stated.
