A government vehicle (ML 01 A 0047) met with an accident in Langumshing, which resulted in injuries to the three occupants.
The car, a Maruti Brezza, was being driven by Gromingko K Marak (57) of Tura. In the car was his son, Aiso Rangbildi B Sangma (21) and the latter’s friend, Joshwa Buhril (20) of New Delhi. They were on their way to Tura from Shillong when the accident occurred at around 12:50pm.
The vehicle collided with a guard wall, resulting in damage to the vehicle. The occupants were taken to Riangdo Community Health Centre. Marak and Buhril sustained minor injuries, while Sangma was referred to Shillong for further treatment.
