MPS officer Gabriel K. Iangrai who has been accused of involvement in financial scandals and misuse of power will be suspended from service.
This was stated by Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong to media persons here today.
It may be mentioned that Iangrai is presently the Commandant of SF-10.
“We have no option but to go for his suspension,” Tynsong said.
“Ultimately let the law proceed further till the final conclusion is arrived then we will see what is to be done.”
The scandals involving Iangrai were mainly during his tenure as Assistant Inspector General (Administration) in the Police Headquarters.
