There were 11 new cases of Covid-19 recorded in Meghalaya today, along with eight recoveries and no fatalities.
There were three new infections in East Khasi Hills, four in Ri-Bhoi and four in West Garo Hills.
Four recoveries were in East Khasi Hills, one in Ri-Bhoi and three in West Garo Hills.
There are now 103 active Covid-19 cases in the state – East Jaiñtia Hills one, East Khasi Hills 48, Ri-Bhoi 17, South West Garo Hills one, West Garo Hills 32 and West Jaiñtia Hills four.
In all, Meghalaya has had 94,128 Covid-19 cases, of which 103 are active, 92,430 have recovered and 1,595 have died from the virus. Seven patients are being treated in hospital with the disease – five in East Khasi Hills and two in Ri-Bhoi.
