Shillong, Jul 19: Mairang MLA Metbah Lyngdoh on Saturday inaugurated the new Dorbar hall at Pyndengdombah village in Eastern West Khasi Hills, built under the State Rural Welfare Programme (SRWP).
The village prior to this had no community space and relied on playgrounds or private residences to hold meetings and functions.
Also present were Mairang MDC Equator Nongrang, the village Sordar, Dorbar Shnong members, elders, women and residents.
