Shillong, Nov 5: Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma on Thursday laid foundation stones and inaugurated a slew of development projects across West Jaintia Hills, during a day-long visit accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Sniawbhalang Dhar and Minister Wailadmiki Shylla.
