A male patient, identified as Gautam Upadhya (38) was admitted to the male medical ward in Shillong Civil Hospital on the afternoon of August 16 and passed away two days later.
Relatives of the deceased are requested to collect the dead body from the hospital morgue within three days, failing which it will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
