An unidentified male patient, around 35 years old, who was admitted to the Male Medical Ward-II of Shillong Civil Hospital on September 19 at 3:03 pm passed away the same day at 7:45 am.
The Joint Director of Health Services (SS) informed that the person was brought in an unresponsive state from Demseiniong by the 108 ambulance.
All concerned relatives, etc are requested to collect the dead body from the hospital morgue within three days from the date of issue of this notice failing which the dead body will be sent for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
