In view of the Chad Sukra Festival, which will be celebrated on Saturday and Sunday, the police have made traffic arrangements for the smooth flow of vehicles for the final day of the festivities.
There will be no entry for all types of vehicles from 1pm to 4:30pm from Thomas Jones Junction towards lawmusiang area, from Tpeppale towards Wahnangbah-lawmusiang area and from DC Junction towards lawmusiang area.
There will also be no entry for all types of vehicles from 10am to 2pm from Dulong Junction (Kdohdule) towards longpiah, from Loomiongkjam Junction towards longpiah, from Loomkyrwiang towards longpiah and from DC Point Towards Mission Compound Road (Biar Ki Blai).
There will also be no parking allowed in the whole of Iawmusiang from 10am until the festival ends.
