In view of the closing ceremony of the 6th Meghalaya Games, which will be held on Saturday at the Kiang Nangbah Stadium here, the following traffic arrangements have been made for the smooth flow of traffic in the area from 2pm onwards.
Entry from Ïawthymme towards Kiang Nangbah Stadium will be allowed only for VIPs and officials with a car pass. One way entry will be imposed from Salaroh towards Polytechnic, Jowai. No entry will be imposed from Dongmihsngi towards Kiang Nangbah Stadium.
One side parking from Salaroh towards Polytechnic, Jowai will be allowed for the public.
All headmen of the relevant neighbourhoods and the general public have been requested to cooperate with the above arrangements.
