In view of the congregation of the Synod to confirm the ‘Synod Pdeng’ (Jingiaseng thung Synod Pdeng), which will be held on September 8 at Umpling (Windermere Estate Premises), the Laitumkhrah Presbyterian Church has made traffic arrangements for all the vehicles coming for the event.
Vehicles coming from Sawlad- Lapalang can proceed either from the main road Lai Lad Lapalang – Bishor Lummarboh – Dong Lumsurok Umpling and can park their vehicle at the adjacent area near Hubert School or to Windermere through the lower gate, or they can proceed through the Nongrah main road-and park their vehicle at Nongrah Football Ground or Windermere Estate parking area.
For Vehicles coming from Rynjah-Umpling Bridge can proceed from Umpling Bridge either to Dong Lumsurok and park their vehicle at the adjacent area near Hubert School and or to Windermere through the lower gate or can proceed directly and park at the Umpling Football Ground Dong Shaneng.
For vehicles coming from Itshyrwat can park their vehicle at Mawpram or at Windermere.
Heavy Vehicles are to park at Umpling Football Ground/Nongrah Football Ground.
No entry will be imposed from 8 am till 3 pm on all internal roads leading to Umpling Bridge from Dong Lumsurok.
No Entry will be imposed from Maw Arling Dong Shaneng main road moving towards Lapalang area from 8 am till 3 pm.
No Entry will be imposed from the junction near Youth Centre to the lower gate of Windermere Estate from 11:30 am to 5 pm.
