Rikadeisuk Suting, a quality nurse of Supercare Hospital has been recognised for her commitment to evidence-based nursing practices and was awarded the Young Leader Award, 2025 by the Association of Nurse Executives India (ANEI).
Suting is known for her innovative approach to healthcare delivery and her dedication to improving systems with compassion and impact. Her work is supported and guided by Mary B. Lyngdoh, Nursing Superintendent, and Rikadeilang Paslein, Deputy Nursing Superintendent, whose mentorship and leadership continue to shape the hospital’s nursing excellence.
The award was conferred to Suting during ANEICON 2025, ANEI’s national conference held in Kochi, Kerala on May 30.
This distinguished recognition highlights her exemplary leadership in patient safety, quality improvement, and community nursing.
