The Seng Samla Dum Dum began a range of community activities with a ‘Run for Unity’ on Saturday.
The race was part of an emphasis on the need for good physical well-being. This was the third edition of the run.
Speaking on the occasion, Seng Samla Dum Dum general secretary Richmond BL Nonglait, emphasised the need for such events that will act as a springboard for youngsters.
Further activities are planned after Christmas, including housie, carrom, badminton and dance competitions from December 28 to January 13.
