As part of this Special Campaign 3.0, National Sample Survey Office, Field Operations Division, Regional office Shillong today organised a cleaning drive around Ward’s Lake area.
Officers and staff of the office participated in the cleaning drive with a motto to keep the office surrounding and the Shillong area a clean place.
The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation has been conducting the Special Campaign 3.0. The main focus areas of the campaign include effective disposal of public grievances, references from Members of Parliament, Parliament assurances, cleanliness drive in the workplace and around the premise, disposal of scrap and weeding out of files.
The campaign started with a preparatory phase from September 15-30 to identify targets to be taken up for cleaning during the implementation phase starting from October 2 till October 31.
During the campaign, the office laid emphasis to achieve space management and enhancement of workplace experience in offices along with beautification of offices and cleanliness.
