The Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District has informed the candidates who have passed the Common Entrance Exam (CEE) held on 16.10.2022 to report to the Recruitment Office along with the relevant documents, including Character/Pre-verification Certificate duly signed by SP/Deputy SP, Affidavit from District Magistrate/Sub Divisional Magistrate with individual photographs duly attested by DM/SDM, Certificate for verification and family details by Village Headman/Sarpanch, Admit Card, Marksheet and Board Certificate/Provisional Certificate of 10th and 12th Class, Caste Certificate issued by DC/ADC, Character Certificate of not more than six months old signed by Village Headman/Sarpanch or Principal of School, Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) (Certificate validity within one year) issued by DC/ADC, extract of Voter List/Voter Card/Ration Card/Land Records by Election Officer duly stamped/Revenue Department/ Tehsildar, PAN and AADHAAR Card.
