A woman working as a casual employee in the North Eastern Council (NEC) here has alleged that a cashier working there tried to outrage her modesty.
According to sources, the victim informed her colleagues about the incident and they then confronted him before handing him over to the police.
Meanwhile, a FIR has been lodged with the police and the accused has been booked under section s 127(2)/74/64(2)(b) BNS.
