The 61st Meghalaya Girls Battalion of the National Cadets Corps, Shillong, under the aegis of NCC Group Headquarters, Shillong is conducting a Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC), which began on Monday and will run until September 27 at 58 Gorkha Training Centre in Happy Valley, Shillong.
Cadets from different parts of the state are participating in the camp. These cadets will be exposed to the regimental way of life, service subjects and various competitions that aim to boost their morale and develop their personality and leadership qualities.
