Police are yet to make any arrest in connection with the murder of a 29 year old man last month.
Kyrshandame Talang of Mupliang village was found dead in a border village at Moosdai on March 10.
Villagers today rallied together to condemn the murder and blamed the police for inaction.
A rally to condemn the murder and to demand justice for the victim was organised by the resident of Mupliang which began from Dong Wah and concluded at Myrjai playground.
Speakers at the rally which included the Waheh Shnong Pyrphat Sna, Secretary Dathmulang Ryngkhlem, Pormi Talang a relative of the victim, members of the HNYF, KSU, HITO and JSM criticised the police for slow action. They said that the incident has triggered fear among the people in the area.
