The Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) has today deferred the personal interview to the Meghalaya Police Service (MPS).
Candidates have been advised to refer to the commission’s website for further information regarding the new date for the personal interview.
Earlier, the MPSC had fixed August 20 and 21 as the dates for the personal interview for the MPS candidates who cleared the preliminary examination in 2019.
It may be mentioned that during the meeting with the KSU leaders yesterday, MPSC Chairman Paul Reader Marwein had sought time to discuss with other members of the commission on the demand by the KSU that personal interview for the post of Meghalaya Police Service should be according to the original advertisement 2019 where the ratio is 1:2.5 and not according to the new office memorandum which changes the ratio to 1:1.5.
